Located: East Lansing Teen Missing [UPDATED]

UPDATE [Mar. 3, 2022, at 4:35 p.m.]: Aireona Alexis Smith has been located, according to a Nixle alert from the East Lansing Police Department.

Seventeen-year-old Aireona Alexis Smith is missing, according to a Nixle alert from the East Lansing Police Department.

The information from ELPD states that Smith was last seen on Feb. 28, 2022, on Erica Lane, located just west of Hagadorn Road between Saginaw Street and Lake Lansing Road.

The alert described her as a “white female, with dyed red shoulder-length hair. She is about 185 pounds, 5’5″ tall and has hazel eyes.” She was last seen wearing pajamas but may have changed her clothes, according to ELPD. She is most likely wearing a red coat and has colorful tattoos on her neck.
